Shipping Policy

HA Fragrances ships within the United States and to international destinations available at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible merchandise subtotals of $50.00 USD or more within the United States only.

Taxes, gift cards, and excluded items do not count toward the $50.00 threshold. Final shipping eligibility and rates are confirmed by Shopify at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

United States expedited shipping typically takes 2–3 business days after processing, when available.

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are displayed at checkout when available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. HA Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

International Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges assessed by the destination country unless checkout specifically states otherwise.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or telephone number provided at checkout. Carrier scans may take time to appear.
